Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
